From 50 to over 100, what’s the secret?

We have certainly had those lean seasons and those bountiful ones as well.  You mentioned that you went through a tough one, looking back did you have one of those 20/20 moments?  Was there something that you could tell us to avoid or a method for handling something similar?

You wear a lot of hats and your wife has put on a few aw well, have you been able to gather a few faithful to share the load, and how did that unfold?

How has reinstituting advancements effected your Outpost?

We have a podcast episode “how dodgeball saved my outpost”, how did just playing games effect the dynamics of the Outpost?

You really struck a nerve with me when you talked about the about-face leaders took when they saw the tide rising.  Share a little about that moment.

I love the focus on fellowship, teamwork, and camaraderie.  In the trailer to the Lord of The Rings, Fellowship of The Rings, the final line is, “Fate has called him, this fellowship with protect him, the enemy will peruse him”.  What are a few things you have done to prop up or solidify this idea?  (i.e. uniforms, openings, prayer circles, etc….)
