Indonesian National Commander Joseph Setiawan

Indonesia is the fourth most populated nation in the world.  Islam is the most promanant religion and Royal Rangers is relatively new to the nation.  Rangers has been buiding for the last seven year and now with a full time National Commander, Commander Joseph feel like there is a bright future for Royal Rangers in his country.
