Imagine if you were a cab driver in NY. What is the one thing you need to know about every customer? Where they are going. Without that key piece of information, you’ll never last very long as a cab drive. You may think to yourself, they’re in NY, they have to go see the Statue of Liberty. And, certainly they are going to want to drive down Broadway. Oh, and let’s not forget the Empire Sate Building. You might think, if they don’t know how can they tell their cab drive where to go? It’s worse than that. If they don’t even know they are in NY, how could they possible have a destination in mind.
