No One Told Me — The Crucible [S04,E131]

Liquid metal from blast furnace. Liquid iron from ladle in the steelworks.

No one told me I was in a crucible

I love how one author describes it, a container that holds everyone together while things heat up.  That sounds a lot like an Outpost.  It can really help shape our expectations when you have the right perspective.  We can’t think of an Outpost as a modified small group or club.  When you realize what we are all up against and the importance of our work then we know we are in a crucible.

Hot Zones – These are all the areas that you may feel a personal bit of heat.  (In each of these areas let’s offer some counsel and wisdom)

Me Zone – There are a whole host of areas you may experience some heat personally.  After all, Royal Ranges is a platform that offers a man an opportunity to grow spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially.

Spouse Zone – The enemy will always go to the place that will get you to drop out of Rangers the fastest.  If he can heat up our marriage relationship and create tension, there then you’re out.

Parent Zone – I have never seen any program or organization you can participate in that can give you so much real-life parenting training and council.

Commander Zone – I have yet to find any man that can’t benefit from leadership training and mentoring skills.  Royal Ranges is a rich personal platform that will train you in so many leadership experiences.

Caution:  It’s easy to get burned when you’re in the hot zone.  Three things to remember.

What’s the motivation?

What’s the goal?

What’s the enemy up to?
