If you have been in Royal Rangers for a while then you may have heard about NSSP, but if you haven’t let’s introduce you to this hidden treasure inside of Royal Ranger USA.  Having an adventure rich program is something we all pursue and NSSP has brought together everything you need to create that environment.

One young man who is helping to ignite shooting sports within Royal Ranger is Commander Hunter Wealot.  Hunter Wealot is on the National staff with our National Shooting Sports Program (the NSSP) for Royal Ranger and serves in various capacities from media to industry representation.

True to his name, Hunter is passionate about being an outdoorsman! He’s a GMA with 12 years under his belt and in 2018, he served as one of seven NRA National Youth Shooting Sports Ambassadors  While serving Hunter traveled the country promoting youth shooting sports specifically serving as the National Ambassador to represent the Royal Rangers.  Through his Ambassadorship, he has attended trade shows such as SHOT and the NRA Annual Meeting. He has also written the National level curriculum as a current staff member for Royal Rangers National Shooting Sports Program.

The National Shooting Sports Program (NSSP) is a special program of Royal Rangers that promotes the safe and responsible participation in shooting sports by Royal Rangers members.
